Founded in 1988, Ismail Gattoo Real Estate was established on the principle of "Be The Change". It's very mission statement is described as "If You want to reshape the investment climate, you must introduce a new mindset by creating new ideas, developing new plans and setting a benchmark for others to follow".
Mr Ismail Suliman Gattoo established the agency back then with his wife, Amina Gattoo. They successfully ran the company and it now still continues it's LEGACY into it's 36th year. The organization has not only watched the great country of South Africa evolve, it is still proud to pass the knowledge onto the next generation of Wealth Creators.

Why should You want to List with Us?
We are Discrete, No Massive Billboards (unless you want them). We take care to segment our listings and clients, thus our communication is specific and purposeful. We are fortunate to be around since 1988 with a wealth of unwritten experience.
Who are Your Clients?
Our Clients are both Buyers and Sellers. Each client's Asset is carefully sent to a CURATED list and never distributed via a bulk Email or SMS Campaign.
What Types of Property or Asset's do you Help with?
Our Client's assets fall into categories that include Commercial Property, Industrial Property, Businesses of All Kinds, Investments and Leasing Portfolios. Our focus is income generating assets.
What makes your Listing Different ? Reason 1
We list assets that offer a fair return and as close to double digits or more. ie a 10% or Higher return.
What makes your Listing Different ? Reason 2
We do not price the asset to buy it ourselves. We are great facilitators and will not prejudice a client for our own benefit. Experience has taught us to be a respected facilitator.
Do You require a Mandate ?
Yes, a Mandate ensures that we take the time to CURATE, CUSTOMIZE and SELECT Clients for each listing. While we are aware that communication can be shared within the Digital Space we have developed a Portal that provides active tracking to all SENSITIVE information, thereby limiting exposure of sensitive information as best as we can.

Why do you not have a Listings Page like other Agency's ?
Our listings page is available and can be shared. Please send and email to [email protected] requesting access. Further we send out a custom listings page to each client.
Do You work with other Facilitators or Agency's ?
The community in which we operate is a small one and we always welcome meaningful and respectful engagement. Should we establish a working relationship we have a unique tracking system that enables the referring agencies clients to see the listings while at the same time keeping track of the referring agent.
